We pride ourselves in relieving the Bride and Groom from the stress of the decoration set-up, vendor coordination and timeline details. Our day-of-wedding coordination package was created to ensure all these details are put together the way the Bride and Groom intended so they can focus solely on the most important detail for their wedding day…each other.
All Day-Of Wedding packages are priced with the venue and ceremony sites being within a 30-mile radius of Austin, Texas. Weddings outside of the Austin, TX area, are subject to additional travel costs per requested custom quote.
>Quaint [$500] is our Day-of-Coordination package for up to 50 guests and is the coordination of both the rehearsal and 5 hours on the wedding day. For the more intimate weddings, engagement parties, or vow renewals, the Quaint package is perfect for the couple who is planning on having only their closest friends and family with them on their BIG DAY. Let all of your guests participate and enjoy the celebration instead of working at your wedding by letting us manage the details.
>Dreamy [$800] is our most popular package! For a wedding guest list of up to 150 guests and coordination of both the rehearsal and 8 hours on the wedding day. We manage all of the details that you thoughtfully planned over the course of your engagement. Our goal is to ensure that all of the details and timeline are taken care of, and that guests are happy so that you can focus on what is really important on your BIG DAY-each other.
>Whimsical [starting at $1,200] is very similar to the Dreamy package in that we manage all of the details that you thoughtfully planned over the course of your engagement. For a wedding guest list of more than 150 guests and coordination of both the rehearsal and 8 hours on the wedding day. This package accommodates over 150 guests and ensures all of the details and timelines are being followed. Multiple assistants may be required based on the size of the confirmed guest list.
