DIsease It sucks, so lets stop it By: Max togie

What Is Disease?

Disease is a sickness that comes in two main forms. Communicable and Non-Communicable diseases.

What Is A Communicable Disease?

A communicable disease is a sickness that can be passed on through pathogens. Some of the most seen pathogens are, bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa

How About A Non-Communicable Disease

A non-communicable disease is a sickness that can NOT be passed on to some body but, can be prevented like cancer or heart disease.

How Can These Disease Be Stopped?

A disease can be prevented in many ways. You can set goals for yourself to run, or lose weight or anything like that but, the point I am trying to make is to be healthy. Eat good foods and exercise to stay in good shape and prevent those diseases

What if I Do Not Want To Do Those Things?

If you do not help yourself you can be in really bad shape or even die. So if you don´t want to be in bad shape with communicable/non-communicable disease or die, please take care of yourself because disease sucks, so lets stop it
