Annie Oakley Heading west By: gwen

Annie was a sharpshooter and entertainer. She was born August 13, 1860 near Woodland, Ohio. Annie died November 3, 1926 in Greenville, Ohio.
Annie's father died when she was only six years old! Poor thing! Annie had lots of nicknames like "Little Sure Shot", "Watanya Cicilla", and "Miss Annie Oakley."
One thing I will remember is that in 1901 Annie got injured in a train accident.
It applies to the EQ: What are some reasons people moved west because Annie Oakley was born in the west and the west was the richest place and has lots of gold. Also because there were a lot of performing shows.
