NPCF Raw Strength

Want to increase your back squat? Need help with working to get that next snatch PR or improving your Olympic lifting technique? NPCF Raw Strength is where you want to be!

Stenghth and Power

While it's important to have a balanced approach to your fitness, we all know there is no substitute for pure strength. Sometimes, you need to put in some dedicated time to gain strength and power.

Raw Focus

Combining various strength programs and methods such as Wendler, Smolov, Hatch, and other linear programs, you will get stronger! Raw Stenghth classes will have a primary focus on high volume, heavy lifting. The secondary focus will utilize short and heavy workouts to build work capacity, power, and speed in Olympic lifts.

When and Where

Raw Strenghth classes will begin in May at North Plano Crossfit. Classes will be offered four days a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All classes will last between an 60 and 90 minutes. It is recommended you plan on attending all classes for each cycle. This will ensure you get the best results during each programming period.
