Teragu was founded in Mexico City, Mexico. We operate from Mexico City but we ship nationwide. We also ship internationally worldwide, with low-cost shipping to the US, Latin America, and Europe.
WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
Currently, our products are available for sale through our online store exclusively. Our multiple sizes, payment methods, and return policy make it easier for customers to shop online at our store.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?
We are working with non-profit organizations in Mexico to help offset our carbon footprint, as well as empowering low-income communities with infrastructure and ideas on how to boost economic growth in their area through outdoor activities.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We recommend using PayPal since it offers purchase protection for the buyer. But also you can pay with your credit card in our site without the need of a PayPal account. Just select the option and done.
DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
No, we do not keep any credit card information in our site. That is the reason that you need to enter it each time you make a purchase in our store. We never recommend giving your credit card information over the phone, email or other unencrypted message.
IS IT SAFE TO BUY IN YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Yes, it's very safe. We always put customers first to ensure that their shopping experience is pleasant and that the order placed is fulfilled all the way through. Or proceed with the proper refund or exchange when necessary.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
We accept returns when the product delivered has a factory defect, it's the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item. We accept refunds when the order gets lost in the delivery process, partial refunds when the order it's incomplete, and store credit refunds when the products have minor defects.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order status, delivery company, and tracking ID. You can also check your order status and shipping information at our site if you registered for an account before placing your order, you'd see your order history and additional information generated with each order. We highly encourage to create and account before making a purchase: it is free and it takes almost no extra-time.
