The cozy interior presents a welcoming entrance while the aesthetic car photographs give a rustic ambience.

Mr. Villa is proudly working side by side with his son Miguel. He wants his store to give off the family vibe: an atmosphere where people can talk and enjoy themselves.

The store owner, Eduardo Villa, gave some insight into what fuels him and his business. "Well I have always been working on the restaurant business and this industry. It's been 30 years since I started working in restaurants. This is my fifth one."

Eduardo adds, "I started as a dishwasher, a busboy, a cook and a server as well. I have been in all the different positions in the restaurant business."

Mr. Villa talks about what it takes to open up a successful business. "First of all, you need to have a love for what you do; from then on, things become easier. I love what I do, to be outside talking. I like to listen to people and hear whatever there is: complaints, good comments, bad comments. I like to hear about it. The interaction with the people is always nice."

Eduardo built on his previous statement, adding, "I’d like the restaurant’s atmosphere to feel like a family. The customers are a part of a family. It’s the love of people and also your life, how you live it. You have to do something to live so why not do something you love?"
