OLD & NEW OUTDOOR EVENTS

$250 EACH HOUR

( Price include rustic table & chairs only)

We do NOT rent for: Kids Party & Quinciañeras

80 Guests Capacity

Proposal, Bridal Showers, Bachelors party, Rehearsal, Corporate Party, Baby Shower, Anniversary.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
  • We book Tus - Sat
  • 3 hours minimum rental
  • • Property Rental allows only 5 kids (3 to 13 years old)
  • • Rental hour between : 9:00am and 8:00pm
  • • Wine & can beer allow
  • • 80 guests capacity (Venue Requires Guests List )
  • • $300 Facility Cleaning deposit (refundable if you leave the property clean upon staff inspection)
  • • $150 fee per each overtime hour.
  • • All decorations & other items need to be removed same day of event.
  • • Venue requires copy of Insurance for all your Vendors.
  • • No staples, No candles (electric candles only), No silk petals, No balloons, No hanging decorations, no live bands, no loud Music. (residencial area)
How to book a event with us:
  • • $300.00 Non-refundable deposit to hold your event date. (deposit will be applied to your balance due)
  • • $150 Facility Cleaning deposit (refundable if you leave the property clean upon staff inspection)
  • • Balance due to be paid 15 days prior event date.
  • • Add 4% surcharge for any payment made by credit card..
  • • We do not book events on Jun, Jul, Aug & Sep. (humidity, rain, mosquitos)
  • • Prices subject to change.

  • Taxes
  • Gratification.
