Get different colored binders for each class.
Do this so they don't get mixed up. Average Americans spend one year of their life looking for lost or misplaced items according to US News and World report. If you have a specific color for each class, it would help you get what you need for classes faster. I always use pink for English so I don't have to look through every single binder to find my homework. This prevents me from turning in late papers and getting late grades.
Get a pencil box for your loose pencils and scissors.
If you get a pencil box you won't lose any pens and or pencils. Every year I lose every single pencil or pen I had. Putting your scissors will prevent you from getting stabbed by them. No one wants to get stitches. The average American wastes 55 minutes a day (roughly 12 days a year) looking for things they own but can't find according to Newsweek. You don’t want to waste 55 minutes of your day looking for a pencil so get a pencil box.
If you put bigger items in the biggest compartment and the smaller items in the smaller compartments, it will be easier to find what you need.
When putting your binders in the largest compartment, try alternating the ends of the binders to create more room. Then put things in tallest to smallest. If you don’t have enough small compartments, get extra pouches for your small items so they don’t get lost.
