Let’s look at your hectic lifestyle and see what we can do to help you fit in your workouts and eat correctly.

We all have lives to lead and things can get in the way, especially if you are changing your lifestyle to a healthier one. This is not always an easy path but if you keep your head and plan things, you will do it.

Here are a few ideas that can help you:

Prepare your meals in advance - this way you are not wasting time making them individually, or even thinking about what to eat

Get up ½ hour earlier so that you can do a short exercise routine. You don’t have to do 1 hour of exercise a day; chunk it down and it won’t feel like such a chore

Take fluids throughout the day. Keep some water with you always and sip, you do not have to gulp litres at time

It is also important to get some rest at the end of the day. Find somewhere to chill, if only for 20 minutes, to take time out for you. Your body needs to rest and recover.
