VLO Technology Troubleshooting Tips

If you are having trouble with your device or access to learning resources, try these 3 steps below:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure you are logged in to your Lakota account.
  • Restart your device.

VLO Device Requirements

Families needing assistance with access to high speed internet can click HERE for information on qualifying for Spectrum's Internet Assist program.

Participating K-6 families will need to provide a Chromebook, PC, Mac, or iPad running the latest operating system. The type of device purchased is dependent on the families preference and budget.

Participating 7-12 students will receive a district issued Chromebook through Lakota’s WEareEMPOWERED 1:1 student device program.

New 7-12 VLO students/families should contact their building of residence to complete the required agreements and coordinate the pickup of a district issued device.

All required software will be provided by Lakota. These applications will be web-based and accessible via OneLogin, Canvas and/or SeeSaw and can be accessed with Google’s free Chrome browser.
