Vienna...Part II With soldiers in uniform

Who would know the day we walked the streets of hidden treasures in Vienna, we would be in front of the major cathedral, St. Stephen's, just as the officials of each of Austria's provinces would be arriving in two's and three's for the noon mass honoring the 100th commemoration of the funeral of Emperor Frank Joseph I. Incidentally, after ruling 68 years, he died in the same place he was born, Schronbrunn Palace in Vienna, too.

Why does this child running to catch the bubbles remind me of the photo of the little girl in Ireland?
All aboard for another city...another Christmas Market.....
