Big Bend a sample research project

The seniors should take their final trip to Big Bend, a national park in West Texas. Many students do not get the opportunity to experience the outdoors in a wonderful place like Big Bend, and with so many different activities, there will be something for everyone.

With "a rise in mental health problems—such as anxiety and depression—among young people" (Conklin 2015), a trip to Big Bend would give the seniors a perfect opportunity to reflect on their futures, enjoy the present, and take a mental health break. Whether it's at the Hot Springs or hiking along Chisos Basin, they could find peace from the rush toward graduation.
