Chef Nik better known as “Nik the Chic Chef or “Foodie with a Cause” is breaking down barriers and building bonds through food. She has merged her passion for food and life, that is offered through her very own themed “A Culinary Vibe” dining experiences at her Bistro and wine bar , Chic Chef 77, the first black owned wine bar in the state of Arizona. Also, named by Forbes for the best wine bar to travel to. Chef Nik has created the perfect platform to encourage healthy eating, eliminate food waste, and produce organic products.

Nik Fields has gained national recognition for her amazing culinary art skills having prepared cuisine for celebrities, Jess Hilarious, Supa Cent, Angie Stone, Vivica Fox, Tisha Campbell, Tichina Arnold, Snoop Dog, Sharon Stone, Tony Goldwyn, Famke Janssen, Shar Jackson, Pittsburg Steelers linebacker Vincenzo Williams as well as Personal Chef to many Phoenix Cardinals football player, as well as the Phoenix Suns. Chef Nik has been featured in Forbes, People Magazine, USA Today, The Doctors on NBC, HGTV, The Drew Barrymore, several series on Bravo and VH1. Chic Chef Co., Chef Nik continues to break history by establishing the first proprietary marketplace in Arizona and well as becoming the first African American Chef to own an Olive Oil brand that produces Olive Oil and balsamic vinegars directly from Italy.
