Like any good lawyer, Mr. Weedon is intelligent, a great arbitrator and an excellent writer. In addition to these traits, his compassion and creativity distinguish him from other attorneys- and people. Jerry listens to his clients, adversaries, judges, and colleagues to take in as much information, analyzes and synthesize it to exercise good judgment to provide a solution. His compassion in focusing on how others feel and accepting their perspective, whether or not he agrees with it, is the foundation of his personal and professional achievements. Mr. Weedon puts himself in other's shoes to fully understand what issues they are facing to provide the best solution possible. He is most creative in finding solutions to problems. Each matter is unique, as is each client and each solution carefully crafted. His ability to think out of the box to come to an effective resolution in stating his opinion while remaining respectful of others is a testament to his standing in the professional and charitable community. These traits make him an ultimate lawyer and, an even better, person that stands above the rest.
