Wales leadership course The outward bound trust

I attended a leadership course that took place in Wales by the National Electronic Security Authority. As part of the NCEMA scholars I was chosen to participate in this trip in summer 2015 for one week. The leadership course was well organized by NCEMA team. The leadership course was registered through The Outward Bound Trust that took place in Wales. The NCEMA team planned the whole trip. They started with arranging an orientation week that took place in the Ritz Carlton’s Conference room; where they gathered all the students that were chosen to inform them about what the trip was about. The aim of this trip was to grow and develop more skills and abilities in the students. We stayed in a place where there was no service or wifi. The trip was filled with different physical activities. We stayed 5 days in the village and 2 days champing in the mountains. We did several activities in the village that are raft building and tree climbing. And more in the mountains like champing, hiking, rock climbing. Other interesting activities such as play truth and dare, play chess and cards. Overall the trip was very memorable where I met people from different cities. It was a marvelous experience where I built up several skills, abilities and gained experience that I needed in order to grow as a human being. Moreover I managed to improve my communication skills. This trip made me feel like I accomplished one of my minor goals from the benefits that I gained.
