Rhetorical question Whats that?

Rhetorical question is a term that means a question is asked with a obvious answer, often to make point to someone that they are missing an easy answer. They are many times asked with no intention for a response.

An example is from Clint Eastwood's movie Dirty Harry: he asks a street thug;

Obviously this is a somewhat sarcastic question, as I mentioned it is not phrased where it requires an answer. Ta da!
