We’re proud to be a step ahead of our peers in social responsibility. And supporting the educational needs of young girls has been a cause very dear to us!
Concentrix India launched its very first N Star center at Gurgaon on April 3.

A joint initiative of Concentrix Network of Women (NOW) and the K.C. Mahindra Education Trust (KCMET), the center will educate and upskill underprivileged girls till they reach 21.
Classes include spoken English, computer proficiency, financial literacy, health and nutrition, physical fitness and self-defense training, among others. There is a special focus on providing career guidance and counselling as well as helping with job placements.

Our aim is to help the girls become job ready. That also fulfills the social cause of preventing early marriages among the young girls. N Star helps us achieve that objective!

Ravinder Rana, Country General Manager, Concentrix India, expressed his ambitions around this noble initiative. “It is said that when you educate a girl, you empower a nation. It is a proud moment for us to be associated with an initiative like N Star, which projects this quintessential thought and works towards changing the lives of deprived girl children in our society.”

Currently, the center supports 30 girls, and we plan to increase the number to 70+ in the next two months.

9 more centers — 3 each in Gurgaon, Vizag, and Mumbai — will be functional in the coming months.

As each N Star center blooms and grows, Concentrix India will remain steadfast in supporting the cause.
