2018 McDaniel Men's Soccer Week 9: October 24-28

Midweek Offense

The Green Terror has scored 29 of its 31 goals this season during the week. Only two goals have come in the team’s six Saturday games, including being shut out in the last four Saturday contests. McDaniel has not been blanked in any of its Tuesday through Friday games this season and have scored multiple goals in six of the nine games.

Off the Bench

Khaled Abuhantash and Greysen Brockbank are among the top four goal scorers on the team this season. Abuhantash has a team-best five goals. Brockbank along with Randy Hilleary and Drake Pew have four goals each. All of Brockbank’s four goals have come from off the bench while Abuhantash has tallied four of his five markers from off the bench.


10/25: F&M at McDaniel, 3:30

The Diplomats (12-2-2, 5-1-2 CC) enter the week off a 4-0 win over Washington on Saturday. Franklin & Marshall, ranked 20th in last week’s United Soccer Coaches poll, has won four of its last five games – all by shutout. The lone blemish during the stretch was a 4-1 loss at Johns Hopkins on Oct. 13. A.J. Kopacz and Connor Whitacre are tied for the team lead with six goals each. Christopher Amoruso is third in the conference with a 0.86 goals-against average. Franklin & Marshall is currently second in the CC in scoring offense at 2.13 goals per game.
