This is an introduction to CrossFit and Anaerobic's philosophy to fitness. Let us work with you for 6 weeks to help you achieve your goals. This program program will consist of a focused and closed classes specifically for those in this customized program. Every member will have time to focus on proper movement while getting a great workout.

Before and After weigh-ins with body fat testing
