An important step is to eat healthy. Mostly because you'll feel great and your body will thank you. Here are some foods that are healthy. Salmon is a type of oily fish that is incredibly popular due to its excellent taste and high amount of nutrients, including protein. Avocados are different than most fruits, because they are loaded with healthy fats instead of carbs. They are creamy, tasty and high in fiber, potassium and vitamin C. (Kris Gunnars, BSc. Another important step is to exercise. Exercise improves oxygen flow into the brain. Essentially, when you start exercising, you feel better because your brain and body can do more. You're not winded walking up stairs. Your heart rate and blood pressure go down, which decreases your risk for a number of diseases and gives you more energy.
Another step is to avoid as much tobacco and alcohol as possible. Tobacco and alcohol are amoung the top causes of preventable deaths in the United States. Which is a very bad thing! Tobacco slowly kills you as you inhale/use it more. They both kill your brain cells and allow you to get more diseases and sicknesses.
