You might be thinking, ugh, workouts, and eating good. My 2 least favorite things. I hate working out. It's sooooo stupid and it's such a waist of time.
Some times, fitness isn't always working out or eating healthy sometimes, it's something like communicating with others, and keeping your body going, not always laying on the couch eating pizza and watching "The Amazing World of Gumball." You have to go on a walk, and eat fruits and vegetables.

30 day challenges are a great way to get in shape, but go at your own pace and don't give up. You can do it and it will get you more fit.
Now, some things to focus on is legs. Working them out can lead to walking more often, like if you go to the zoo, and you have strong legs, then you won't get tired. Legs are important.
