Detroit Cabinet Manufacturing & SpaceLab Detroit have partnered on a new coworking and shared office space. SpaceLab 7Mile is a neighborhood hub for business owners, property owners, investors, designers and builders.

Last year, DCM opened its commercial and retail showroom, offering custom cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and other building products to property owners, investors and contractors. The company is reaching out to a wider audience and sharing its space with small business owners who need a place to work during the day, meet clients, and network with other entrepreneurs and professionals.

SpaceLab's opened its downtown Detroit location at 607 Shelby in 2017 and offers hot desks, private offices, and meeting and event space. The company is a Round 4 City of Detroit Motor City Match Space awardee and was awarded a cash grant in Round 7.

WELCOME!

Located at 12908 W. 7 Mile Rd. inside Detroit Cabinet Manufacturing's showroom.

Congresswoman Tlaib surprised us with a visit. A satisfied DCM customer, she told of how years ago Terry Davis personally ensured the cabinets in her home were installed properly after a contractor had not followed through.

"Many of our current members are well-established in the design and building industry, so partnering with Detroit Cabinet Manufacturing is a great fit for both companies.”

Bobby Burton, COO of SpaceLab
