Matthew 5:14-15 says, "You are the light of the world--like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly father."
Thornton Wilder believes that life is not taken advantage of. He said, "Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it?--every, every minute" (108).
Lee, one of my close friends, died when he was twenty-five. He saw life as a gift and cherished it. He lived life to its' fullest and was a servant of Christ.
It's very sad that Lee is not on this earth, but there is so much to learn from Lee's life. To not only live life too its' fullest, but to also share the light of Jesus with others.
