ARGENTINE BRASERO GRILL By sunterra outdoor / bbq pit boys

We are pleased to introduce our new Argentine combined brasero (wood burning box) style barbecue grills, a culinary tradition admonished by backyard professional pit masters everywhere. The Argentine style of cooking allows the pit-master to control the heat from the glowing embers without the risk of overcooking. The charcoal / wood fire, fueled by woods that add flavor such as red oak, pecan, apple, cherry, hickory, are all masterfully combined with the amazing ability of Argentine style cooking by turning out truly awesome food.

The Argentine BBQ grills with brasero are heavy-duty in construction and made with 3/16" gauge steel by combining insulated side walls and fire brick, including the same heavy gauge material for the grill base floor. Our design offers a new standard for construction and heat dispensation that will offer a long-lasting product and hassle-free barbecuing.

Our Argentine brasero style grills feature ceramic fire brick that retain and distribute your cooking fires heat. Create your fire in the brasero, and as the embers fall onto the fire brick, spread the burning coals under the V-channel grates. Using the flywheel, raise and lower the grates to prepare your food with absolute control. Sunterra Outdoor and the BBQ Pit Boys Santa Maria Grilling systems are for the BBQ Grill Master that loves to cook and entertain on the Crème de la Crème in the Argentine style.
