We are Kirsi and Marko, a Finnish-Estonian designer duo. KiMa was born in 2013 by the desire to connect two cultures and two sets of skills; Kirsi’s knowledge on product design and Marko’s experience in graphic design. KiMa craft unique solutions for organisations and companies in various fields.

Youths as a city designers. Inclusive design process with Ladies assosiation of Kuopio, Kuopio city, designers and local youths organisations. Youths solves a problem of urban space from point of their view and designers helps them to realise them.

The herb garden of the ideal city 2009, Fontevraud, France International Credo workshop. The Message, Le Message The presentation of the group transcribes how such a cultural and historical places the Abbey of Fontevraud has influenced designers to develop new concepts. The notion of garden has been dissected, broken down to observe what could be aromatic scents without plants, plants devoid of colour and texture, lifeless flowers…

Mama Toni’s gelato and sorbetto packaging
Mama Toni is a small company producing hand made high quality gelatoes and sorbets. In their goodies they use amazing ingredients, such as Sicilian Pistachios, Belgian chocolate and Bourboni vanilla. They were in need of new consumer packaging, and we were happy to help!
