Mean green fling (student activities)

Off-Campus Student Services is a sub-department of Student Activities; and Student Activities hosted the Fall 2020 Virtual Mean Green Fling from August 17 through August 28. It was a great success with many UNT students and departments, community partners, and sponsors participating. We hope you were able to take advantage by engaging with the UNT and Denton community! Special thanks to the Campus Wide Events team, Tracy Frier, Andie Jackson, and Amal Rahhal for their hard work in producing the event.

First flight campus quest

At the beginning of each semester, UNT Orientation and Transition Programs organizes First Flight (fall) and Spring Soar (spring) to welcome the incoming class. Off-Campus Student Services hosted a virtual scavenger hunt in which new students get to learn about campus resources and be entered in a drawing to win a prize. Two students were selected for the grand prize of a 40-ounce Hydro Flask, and five others won an OCSS Swag Bag. A total of 1,046 students participated in Campus Quest!
