real PE is a child centred approach that develops children's Fundamental Movement Skills in addition to Personal, Social, Cognitive and Creative skills. Your child enjoys real PE at school and will be familiar with some of the exciting games and activities. To support every family to enjoy being active, there are 12 Skills with over 200 progressive skill challenges plus 60 games to apply and develop these skills, including Personal Best games/challenges and a blend of games to develop skills such as cooperation, creativity, problem solving and resilience.

Online community

We have built an online community on Facebook. Follow the group real PE at home - tips & ideas which shares all the benefits of families playing and learning together. We would love to see photos and videos of your family exploring the activities and games to support and motivate other families to enjoy having fun and being active together.
