Fill out your time card properly

Time cards can be found at the front desk.

Each work week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday

Each pay period includes 2 weeks. Do not include dates on your time card that are not included in that pay period. Start a new time card for the new pay period.

Fill out the time card fully with appropriate information.

Be sure that your time card is neat and legible.

Include the department name and budget code: Q1010.

Use your LU ID in place of you SSN.

Fill out the time card starting from the bottom and work your way up throughout the week.

Typically, 2 weeks fits on one time card. If not, you may start a 2nd time card.

Have your supervisor check your time card for correctness and have them sign it.
