Once upon a time, a very hungry fox, was getting ready for hunting. While she was sharpening her claws and wondering what to eat, she heard someone knocking the door!
"Little rabbit!!! Open the door!" A voice heard from outside. " Are you in there"?"Little rabbit? If there were little rabbits here i would gobble them for breakfast", whispered craftily the fox.
When the fox opened the door, she confronted a chubby and delicious little pig. "Oh no! this can't be real", it yelled terrified. "Yes it is", answered the fox thrilled. "You have come to the right place my little one"! And she grabbed the little pig and she is ready to put it in the pan!
"This must be my lucky day today", howled the fox feeling so happy! " Such a delicious dish doesn't knock my door every day"! The little pig pushed, kicked, yelled. "Leave me, leave me", shouted very frightened but the the fox didn't pay any attention to it. "I 'm sorry my little friend but i' m going to gobble you. I'm thinking of you roasted in the oven with potatoes and celery and i can't hold myself. Come on, let me put you in the pan".
The little pig had no chance! "Well", it sighed, "i' m gonna get in the pan, but first i want to ask you a favor". "What"? asked the fox. " As you know we, the pigs, like to lie in the mud. Look at me... I' m dirty.... Shouldn't you clean me before you eat me? Just a thought Mrs. Fox....." "Hmmm...." the fox was puzzled "now that i see you better, you are right".
So, the fox started to work. She gathered wooden sticks. She lit the fire. She carried buckets full of water. Uf, what a fatigue!!!!!
Finally, when everything was ready, she dived the little pig into a big wooden barrel, full of hot water and started to brush it and soaped it. "You wash me very nicely", Mrs Fox, said the little pig.
"And now, just the two of us", said the fox anxiously. "Now, that you are the cleanest little pig in the world, it's time to put salt and peper all over you". "Very well", agreed the desperate little pig. "You will put salt and peper all over me, but first ...." "What again?" growled the fox darkly. "Look at me. As you see, i am small. I am thin. Shouldn't you feed me fist before you eat me? Just a though Mrs. Fox....". "Hm..." soliloquized the fox. "The truth is that you are very small....:
So the fox started to work again. She picked up tomatoes. She made spaghetti. She baked cookies.
Finally, she prepared a delicious dinner for the little pig. "Mmm, you are a wonderful cook, Mrs Fox", said the little pig.
"This time you can't get away", the fox got angry! "Now that you are the fattest little pig in the world, i' m gonna put you in the oven right away"! "Ok, i' m gonna get in the oven", sighed again the little pig. "But before...." "I don't believe it! What do you want this time?", shouted the fox. " Look at me. I work very hard, my meat is hard too. Shouldn't you massage me a bit, so my i could be softer and jucier? Just a thought Mrs Fox...." "Hm..." the fox was puzzled once again. "The truth is that i prefer soft and juicy meat".
