How does it work?
Downtown Drop Down is similar to a walk-a-thon, but it’s a ‘Rappel-a-thon’. You can rappel 16 stories (236ft) from the roof of Adobe HQ and go over the edge to help Downtown Streets Team end homelessness.:
Step 1: Create your peer-to-peer fundraising page
We'll provide fundraising ideas and tips, sample letters and the fundraising platform. You provide your creativity and reach out to your network. Try to raise your goal of $2,000 (Unless you're an Adobe employee, in which case CLICK HERE) (EIN #: 20-5242330)
Step 2: Start fundraising!
You have your network of friends, family, coworkers and neighbors who are just waiting for you to ask them to support you on your adventure. We know adventure and ending homelessness are important to you. We're cheering you on!
Who's going to be there?
Come join Adobe General Counsel EVP Dana Rao, Assemblymember Ash Kalra, the Mayor of San Jose Sam Liccardo, Vice Mayor of San Jose Magdalena Carrasco, Mayor of Sunnyvale Glenn Hendricks, Vice Mayor of Palo Alto Eric Filseth, Palo Alto City Councilmember's Greg Scharff, Cory Wolbach and Lydia Kou, along with all the other dignitaries from Team Palo Alto as they rappel 16 stories in the name of ending homelessness through the dignity of work.
Join the fight to end homelessness
