MEET OUR PANELIST:

Myrna Nejat is a senior level Talent Acquisition leader with 14 years of experience working across various industries, with much of the time spent in the entertainment space. She’s currently at Mattel, the historic and iconic toy company, with one of the strongest portfolios of children’s and family entertainment franchises in the world including Barbie, Hot Wheels, American Girl and Fisher-Price. Mattel also produces a full portfolio of toys that they own or license in partnership with global entertainment companies.

Prior to Mattel, Myrna worked in Talent Acquisition at 21st Century Fox, Sony Entertainment and The Walt Disney Company. What she enjoys most about working at Mattel, is she has a part in empowering the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential. And with twin girls (9 y/o), they love that she brings home surprises, while mommy likes paying half price for birthday presents.
