Josh Bryant

International speaker, coach and author, Josh Bryant, trains some of the strongest and most-muscular athletes in the world both in person at Metroflex Gym in Arlington, Texas, and via the Internet.

As an athlete, Josh has won many national and world titles in powerlifting as well as the prestigious Atlantis Strongest Man in America in 2005. In 2003, at age 22, Josh became the youngest person, at that current time in powerlifting history, to bench press 600 pounds raw. Josh has squatted 909 pounds in the USPF, officially bench pressed 620 pounds raw, and officially deadlifted 810 pounds raw. He is not all brawn; he has a Master's degree in Exercise Science along with other prestigious certifications. Not limited to training strength athletes and Mr. Olympia contenders, Josh has worked with top professional athletes in a broad range of traditional sports.

Josh is the author of nine published books including six amazon number-one sellers. Josh also is the founder of the Joshstrength Method, responsible for systemizing “powerbuilding“ and co-founder of the international best-selling system for strength and unarmed combat “Jailhouse Strong”.
