Your hostesses, Michelle and Lauren, have planned a relaxing weekend for 10 women who want to give themselves the gift of wellness, surrounded by nature on the shores of New Brunswick's East Grand Lake.

Open your mind, body, and soul for renewal, detoxification, growth, reflection, and relaxation.

Enjoy yoga, delicious food, nature, breathtaking lake and forest views, personal growth, and the company of like-minded women.

Relax. Let go of stress. Regain clarity, purpose, and direction in life.

Experience new flavors and learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals that you and your family will enjoy.

Give yourself permission to let it all go! Spend the weekend in the company of supportive women who can guide you in removing toxic thoughts, foods, stress, and behaviors from your life so you can return to a life of total health and happiness!

Lauren Boyd, M.A.Ed.

Lauren is an educator and nutrition counselor who is passionate about using delicious and nutritious food to help her clients feel happier, healthier, and more energetic. She keeps up to date on nutrition, wellness, and scientific research to support healing the body through gentleness, self-care, and proper nutrition. Her goal is to help her clients develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies in order to achieve optimal health. During the weekend, Lauren will be serving up delicious, local, whole foods that will satisfy your body and soul. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a food prep workshop so you can learn the skills required to eat well to live well.

8:00 - 9:00 pm - Yoga for Relaxation

10:00 pm - Get a good night's sleep

Saturday, May 20th, 2017

7:00 - 8:00 am - Gentle Yoga Practice

8:30 - 9:30 am - Nutritious breakfast prepared by Lauren

10:00 - 11:00 am - Hiking

12:00 - 1:00 pm - Delicious lunch prepared by Lauren with food demo so you can learn to prepare the meal at home
