Flexibility and Support:

Nine Day Fortnight: Full time employees are given the opportunity to work their standard hours over a 9 day fortnight, which means you get an extra day each fortnight to sleep in, catch up on TV or get outside and enjoy the sun.

Paid Parental Leave: Employees who are eligible under Carnival Australia's paid parental leave have access to 12 weeks full pay or 24 weeks at half pay.
