Good Life Tour of The Harn Jorneshia Gonzalez

Design of Museum - This exhibit was very interesting to me because it was not like all the other pieces of art in the museum. It was relatively colorful and abstract, unlike the other art pieces in the museum. This specific exhibit make me feel welcomed and warm; comfortable enough to look at every piece of art in that exhibit.
Medium of the Art - "Chinese" Style Fancy Dress Costume : I have seen this costume plenty of times on multiple students Good Life presentations and did not think much of it. However, seeing it in person made me appreciate the great detail that was put into making this costume and starting a custom in Ghanaian. The colors and patterns that were put together shows how delicate and meaningful it is to the Ghanaian people. This costume spoke loyalty and custom to me. I am very family-oriented and love to start traditions with my own family, this costume made me feel like I was at home.
Art and Good Life - "Idyllic Landscape" : In the picture, it clearly represents the Goodlife; the woman relaxing on the grass and living by the beach. The Goodlife theme is "Living Life Comfortably". This portrait represents that theme because they are relaxing next to the beach, who would not want to just relax while by the beach? The portrait helps me understand this theme because that is how I want to live when I finish school and have a stable life, living life the best I can on all levels.
Art and Core Values - "The WoodCutter" : The painting represents hard work and dedication. This picture made me feel humbled because I know with hard work and dedication, I will be able to get anything I want as long as I work hard for it. I understand now that no matter where ever you are, there is always work for you to do and it can be done with effort and dedication.
