Last year we decided to launch our now flagship policy (Laithwaite Homes Escrow) we've all heard the stories of cowboy builders and rouge traders that cause untold heartache and devastation. So it's understandable that the public are nervous about who they decide to let into their home and trust with the work. It was with this in mind our revolutionary policy came to fruition. An Escrow account put simply is an account that is held and operated Via FCA (Financail Conduct Authority) authorised lawyers. Our clients simply deposit the pre agreed amount to the lawyers and they act on your behalf. Once a pre determined stage of work has been completed the legal team will instruct an independent surveyor to inspect our work, should our work meet the industry standards the appropriate level of fee's are simply released to us as the contractor. This approach completely mitigates our clients risk and provides absolute peace of mind.

Total Investment £92,500. 30% deposit payable 1 week prior to commencement of work.
