Students from the Briarhill, Downing and Lamar Middle School bands joined forces for the 2017 Summer Band Camp! This allowed Future Members of the Marcus High School Band to begin forging friendships NOW!
The students were split into individual sections where they worked on the Marcus Fight Song, Go-Big-Red, The Hey Song and their All-Region Etudes!
On the third night of the camp, we put on a mini-concert for our parents to show off all that we had learned in 3 days.
On the FOURTH night of camp, we took over PINSTACK for unlimited bowling, high ropes course, rock climbing, bumper cars, laser tag, and arcade games!
IT. WAS. AWESOME!!!!
