Thanks to the ones which were in our first expedition meeting today. Great to see you enthusiasm for the expeditions 2017 and looking forward to further work on our general question:
Putting the needs of our customer centrally, HOW do we translate this to the desired behaviour of our employees? (including the scope values)
We’ve added you all to our mutual box so you can see the presentation of today. We want to ask you to think about the following to actions, before our next meeting (needs to be planned)
These questions we would like to answer with this expedition:
1. Do you have a customer which we can visit with our expedition group?
2. Do you have an idea for our event?
3. Think about a good name for our expedition.
To the ones which we’re not able to attend today, can you please make sure in the future to accept or decline the outlook/lotus notes invitation(except for Rob who did decline the meeting), so we know that you have received the invitation?
