As a mother of 4, I know that capturing your family is such an important part of life - not only for the here and now, but for generations to come. I understand that quality, artful photography is an investment and I am honored your are considering using my services. Photographs are not just objects to be cherished, but elements of your home which showcase who you all are and your unique family dynamic.
Altogether, I have had several years of photography experience, spending nearly the latest three of those specializing in Maternity and newborn through first year portraiture. Though that is my specialty, I also adore working with children, families and seniors. I have founded the Newborn Photography Safety Initiative, which focuses on educating other newborn photographers on the latest safety standards, handling/posing methods concerning newborn photography. Why do I mention that in your case? Because this mindset carries over to YOUR session as well - rest assured that any session with me will put your family's needs in the forefront. I pride myself on running a God and family-centered business as well.
my style, My mission
I am drawn to creating images that engages the viewer, causes the subject stand out and evokes emotion in an artful way. I would call my style simple, earthy and dramatic, but I am definitely not afraid of soft color, when desired. My mission is to capture time and make the most important moments in each client's life eternal. I aim to ensure that each piece of art given to my clients becomes a legacy of priceless memories.
session investments
**PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE
All of my sessions are all-inclusive. That means you are purchasing your time with me creating your images (I am available for complimentary pre-session consults as well - either in person, or via phone/e-mail), the artful perfecting of your images, password protected online viewing gallery, facebook preview, and a digital print release so you can print and share your images as you wish (also nice so you have a copy of your images should anything happen to the original prints, etc.). Interested in adding the element of video footage to your session? Videography can be added to any session for an additional $200.
Full Sessions: (Baby, Child, Family, etc.) Full sessions can either be in my home studio or at an outside location within 35 minutes of zip code 45322*. Full sessions 45-60 minutes, can include multiple outfit changes) and produces a minimum of 35 images, but I include more, if possible (all images are given to you via digital download with a print release so you can print and share as you wish). The retainer required when you book your session (holds your spot and also serves as your session fee) is $200, and then $325 is due when your images are ready to be delivered to you (includes a print release, delivered normally about 2-3 weeks after your session). Total investment for a full session is $525.
**If you have a large family (5+ more people or have older children, multiple adults) and are wanting a STUDIO session, I recommend a studio rental for more space - I will take care of securing the rental space, and a $55 rental fee will be included in your retainer (charging only what the rental space costs me).
Mini Sessions: Mini Sessions can either be scheduled as a stand-alone, or during Seasonal/Holiday mini session events. During Seasonal/Holiday events, mini sessions will typically be discounted. Mini sessions are 20-30 minutes and produces a minimum of 15 images. The retainer required to book your stand-alone mini session (holds your spot and also serves as your session fee) is $100 and then $300 is due when your images are ready to be released to you (includes a print release, delivered approx. 2-3 weeks after your session). Total investment for a mini session is $400. Please inquire about discounted seasonal/holiday mini sessions.
Extended Sessions: (Seniors needing more than one location, Large Families, etc.) Extended sessions can be held both in my home studio and outside, or multiple outside locations. The extended session are an average of 2 hours of photography time and produce a minimum of 50 images (and can include multiple outfit changes as well), and all locations held within a 45 minute drive time of zip code 45322*. The retainer required when you book your session (holds your spot and also serves as your session fee) is $250, and then $450 is due when your images are ready to be delivered to you (normally about 2-3 weeks after your session). Total investment for an extended session is $700.
Belly to Birthday add-on: You can add either a 3, 6, 9 & 12 month session package or a 6 & 12 month session package once you have had your newborn session with me! Not only are the session retainers discounted, but you also receive a discount on the print release for each of your sessions. The one-time retainer (includes all sessions in the package you choose, no more retainers will be required) for the 3, 6, 9 & 12 month package is $300 and the 6 & 12 month package is $200. The print release from each session is $300, so over the length of the year, you have a savings of $500 for the 3-12 month sessions or $200 for the 6/12 month sessions. Session retainers are not due until you book the first session from your package.
Payment plans are available upon request. Outdoor sessions can be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

*Distances further than the times listed will have an additional travel charge and is dependent on extra time involved. Mini sessions are for a 10 minute drive time only. Anything above 10 minutes will be considered a full session.
