Terex|Finlay J-1175 Jaw Crusher & C-1540 cone crusher

The Terex|Finlay J-1175 jaw crusher and C-1540P cone crushers are class leading machines in their respective categories. The J-1175 jaw crusher is renown for its heavy duty performance in the reduction and sizing of aggregates for construction materials and also recycling construction waste. When aggregate shape is paramount the C-1540P leads the way. Featuring direct variable hydrostatic drive, automatic tramp relief and hydraulic adjustable closed side setting the proven Terex® 1000 cone chamber delivers efficient production and high material reduction ratio’s.

Key features:

  • Direct hydrostatic cone drive with variable speed control gives efficient production and ensures consistent product shape.
  • Optional pre-screen module maximises production and reduces wear on the chamber by removing fine material before it enters the cone.
  • Metal detection system on feed belt with ‘auto-stop’ protects the cone from tramp metal and the controllable purge system removes contaminants from the machine.
The C-1540P can also be fitted with an optional pre-screen side conveyor to remove dirty fines from feed material or to produce a secondary sub-base product.
Both the J-1175 jaw and C-1540 cone crushers are available with dual power configurations. These variants are electrically driven machines that give end users the flexibility to power the units from mains supply with the aim of giving significant savings on energy costs. Both machines are also fitted with an on-board gen-set allowing the operator to move and use the machine were there is no electric supply, giving them the flexibility and versatility of the current standard models.
