Self-actualized people
My friend Catherine whom I am hugging is a very self-actualized person. She is self-aware, self accepting, open, spontaneous, loving and caring. As you can see the love stands out as she is hugging me tightly! I love her because of how great of a person she is!
Unconditional positive regard
In this photo of my team and me, we obviously have an attitude of total acceptance toward each other. We are all apart of a special sisterhood that girls on a close knit team would understand. Our intimate friendships go past the volleyball court, and we love each other very much.
