Courtly love is a kind of love when a knight go set of on an adventures to impress there ladies so there ladies will be impressed with them.

Women had many responsibilities, including caring for children, preparing food, and tending livestock. During the busiest times of the year, such as the harvest, women often joined their husbands in the field to bring in the crops.

Chivalry was a very important to the knight culture and why of life. But this was mostly to other knights. but to peasant women while they were on conquest they would go around and rape women. Like many times of unfairness and semi injustice male was the dominant race.
