GYMNASTICS

Gymnastics has always been one of my favourites ever since i was little.It helps me stay calm and personally it is the best way to stretch your body and your mind as well.Ever since I started doing gymnastics my bones have gotten stronger and it is hard for me to get hurt fast.I recommend gymnastics as a way of relieving stress because it is sort of like yoga.

DANCE

Dance is also one of my favourites it helps me feel happy and have fun.I love dance and I am good at lyrical,contemporary,and hip hop style.My older cousin taught me both gymnastics and dance.
