PAUL SMITH

Capturing the spirit of a Notting Hill Carnival after party, the new Paul Smith Spring/Summer '17 campaign film is an energetic celebration of London and the power of positivity. The video features a stunning UCOM Carnival costume designed by our very own Paul Anthony O'Donoghue.

1Xtra loves Carnival

We were invited by BBC 1Xtra to take our Jouvert & Carnival experience on to the breakfast show with Twin B & Yasmin Evans, giving their listeners a taste of what a true Caribbean Carnival really feels like.

TfL Travel Campaign

We worked with TfL on a photoshoot for their Notting Hill Carnival travel campaign. This included a double page feature in London's most read newspaper 'METRO'.

EVENTS

With over 15 years of combined experience, we have hosted some of London's most talked about Caribbean inspired events in some of London's coolest venues.

Taking place throughout the year, our Caribbean inspired events bring together a unique mix of music, food and drinks and are enjoyed by a fun-loving and diverse crowd.

Guardian photojournalist David Levene donned his rain mac and got down and dirty with UCOM on the streets of west London to bring us a late summer tour of Europe’s biggest street party

iD

​i-D a British magazine dedicated to fashion, music, art and youth culture captured Carnival prepping with the United Colours of Mas & Associates, with just days to go before Notting Hill Carnival kicked off, photographer Savannah Baker captured one of London’s Premier Mas bands beading, stitching and handing out the full costume packages.

With nearly 2 million visitors attending Notting Hill Carnival over the two days, our Carnival band can offer exposure for a brand to the vast and diverse audience of spectators at the Carnival within the context of what is the ultimate Caribbean experience.

In 2018, we took our award winning road show to carnivals in Reading, Northampton and Hackney.

Sponsorship whether it be in the form of product or funds would go a long way in helping to sustain the efforts of the team and enhance the experience of carnival for its participants as well as the spectacle of it from the spectators.

Notting Hill Carnival is billed as the second largest street festival in the world after Rio Carnival.

United Colours of Mas aka UCOM is proud to be the first and largest supporters of the LGBT community.

Our carnival band has over 700 costumed masqueraders participating in the parade

Unlike the sound system that are static, we operate x3, 45ft carnival floats.

This offers unique branding opportunities, imagine 45ft mobile billboards.
