Robert Montenegro - Executive Vice President, Water Utility

Robert (Rob) Montenegro has more than 30 years of senior management experience and expertise in the water and wastewater field. He is the Executive Vice President for Grundfos USA, the world’s leader in water and wastewater pumping solutions. Under his leadership, Frost & Sullivan recognized Grundfos as the 2018 Global Water and Wastewater Pumps Company of the Year Award for its exceptional organic growth and focus on innovation. Prior to joining Grundfos, Rob held leadership positions with ARI USA, Synagro, and ABS/Sulzer USA.

Jared Gabel - Product Manager, Dosing and Disinfection

Jared Gabel is an expert in dosing and disinfection who has educated industry professionals throughout North America about the functionality and applications of chemical dosing pumps. His 12 years in the water treatment equipment and regulatory industries includes work as an environmental engineer prior to joining Grundfos USA where he has advanced from applications engineer to Product Manager for Dosing and Disinfection. Drawn to this field by his interest in the interconnectivity of systems and chemistry, Jared lives by the philosophy: Create, Be Genuine, Live Curiously!

Nicole Osborne - Global Product Marketing Manager, Submersible Wastewater

Nicole Osborne has over 13 years of experience in the water and wastewater field for municipal, commercial and industrial markets. She is the Global Product Marketing Manager for submersible wastewater at Grundfos USA, and specializes in pumps and reciprocating pumps. Prior to joining Grundfos, her career began as a Warranty and Service Manager and Aftermarket Sales Manager. Nicole has been a member of SWPA for 8 years where she currently serves on the Executive Committee and is the Chairman of the Technical Committee.

Brendan Watson - Product Manager, Controls and Monitoring

Brendan Watson has 14 years of experience in both industrial automation and water and wastewater fields. Always abreast of advancing technologies for incorporation into today’s controls, he is the Product Manager for Controls and Monitoring at Grundfos USA. Brendan specializes in predictive maintenance for pump station equipment, and primarily develops and installs controls and station monitoring technologies.

Digital Instrumentation for Dosing

The new Grundfos by s::can DID systems are the perfect combination of s::can’s state-of-the-art digital sensor technology and Grundfos experience in PID controlling of dosing and disinfection processes. DID systems are designed to perfectly match Grundfos dosing pumps, gas dosing systems and systems for the generation and dosing of chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite.
