If you already have a physical on file, or you are not anticipating playing a sport now, we encourage everyone to come by and receive a free athletic physical on one of the above dates. The entire sports packet is good for 1 year from the date, so by getting your physical completed now, you are going to be eligible for the entire school year, including summer work outs for next year.
Please arrive with a completed CRHS Athletic Packet (available in the CRHS Athletics Office), or we will have them available on the days of athletic physicals. Packets will be collected by CRHS athletic staff after all forms and a physical have been completed.
