I Do think teams and schools should be allowed to use Native American mascots.
I think it honors them because it shows that they weren't that bad. Also according to the article Insult or Honor it said "We seminoles embrace the mascot," says james Billie, The Tribes Chairman "They honor us" My quote supports my claim by showing that Native Americans weren't really that bad.
It also shows how good the Native Americans could be. According to the Article Insult or Honor i read in the text that The redskins owner points out that 4 Native American football players have played on there team. The quote for this one supports the claim because its saying how good they can be. I chose this wuote because it was one of the many things that caught my eye.
