CAMP MATTATUCK

Camp Mattatuck is home to a world class COPE Course and Climbing Tower. Camp Mattatuck offers five weeks of traditional Scouts, BSA camp, under the leadership of a highly dedicated camp staff that works with you and your Scouts on First Class skills in small unit based groups as well as instruction in over 60 merit badges.

June Norcross Webster

Located in the Northeast corner of the state, June Norcross Webster truly challenges Scouts of any age with nearly 60 merit badges and just as many program opportunities. JNW offers six weeks of traditional Scouts, BSA Camp as well as Trail to Eagle Camp and Boy Scout, Sea Scout and Venturing specialty camps.

Camp Workcoeman

Camp Workcoeman is located in the hills of Northwest Connecticut on possibly the cleanest lake in Connecticut, West Hill Pond. Camp Workcoeman offers five weeks of traditional Scouts, BSA Camp as well as Trail to Eagle Camp, Shooting Sports Camp, Conservation Week, and PADI Scuba Camp.

CAMP FEES

  • Early Bird Fee − $425 :: $50 deposit per named Scout paid before March 6, 2019 and paid in full by May 15, 2019. After that date the late fee is $25 for a total of $450.
  • Regular Fee − $450 :: $50 deposit per named Scout added after March 6, 2019 and paid in full by May 15, 2019. After that date the late fee is $40 for a total of $490.
  • Encore Week − $325 :: To qualify a Scout must have already spent a week at a Scout camp. The discount applies to a second week at one of the CRC camps. The registration process will require the Scout’s other camp/week be verified.
  • Webelos Crossovers & New Scouts − $425 :: Webelos Crossovers are always afforded the lowest possible camp fee rate. A special registration category will be established for these Scouts. New Scouts who join after March 6 and the beginning of the troop’s week at camp will receive the same rate as Webelos Crossovers.

Camperships

Connecticut Rivers Council awards camperships to assist Scouts in need of funds to attend camp who might not otherwise do so. The annual campership fund is limited and fluctuates from year to year. Campership Scouts will also be afforded the lowest possible rate to attend camp. Units will be notified of the process to pay the remaining balance for these Scouts during the Spring.
