Fresh Seafood Everyday Seared Grouper with Cheesey vegetable risotto cake and key lime jalapeno cream sauce

On Wednesday night I got in some beautiful fresh Black Grouper so my inspiration led me to make a decadent cheese and vegetable filled crispy fried risotto cake. I seared beautiful filets of Black Grouper and topped them with a 1/4lb jumbo prawn then smothered it in a tangy spicy Key Lime jalapeno cream sauce with a little grilled asparagus. Make sur you stop by Fish at Mile Marker 14.5 Key West Florida.
