Old and New Knowing the Old and Embracing the New

Before the year ends, I just want to update you on what happened last November. It is was really a remarkable month for me because over 300 campus missionaries all over the Philippines and 56 from 10 different nations gathered for our annual Staff Summit. It was a time to reunite with old friends and meet new ones, be refreshed and encouraged and be equipped all the more in reaching out the next generation.

The theme of the whole summit is focused on "Old and New". Looking back on what God had done for the past 32 years of campus ministry, giving glory to Him for His unwavering faithfulness. And looking forward to what God has in-store for us in the years to come, believing that He is not finished yet in reaching out the next generation.

One of the things I like during the Staff Summit is this Flash Blocks where we were reminded about God's faithfulness through out these years. Showing the milestone in our campus ministry.

The whole 3-Day Staff Summit was filled with God's Word and fresh revelations from Him. Every session was really compelling and some are even mindset-breakers. Like our sessions in Day 2, which I really love, we were equipped how to learn together with the next generation and just merely leading them. Leading and learning is always better together.

For me, the top highlight during the Summit is when our team in ENCampus Gensan received not just one award but two. One for Partnership Development and another for Leadership Development.

Also last November 24, seven new full-time campus missionaries from Mindanao, graduated in the School of Campus Ministry Batch 16.

We are happy that there were new campus missionaries that were added in our Mindanao Team. We are excited for more incoming campus missionaries that God is calling to reach out the next generation not just in Gensan but the whole of Mindanao.

In behalf, of all our Campus Missionaries, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude in your unwavering support and partnership in reaching out every student in every campus in every city in every nation. You are and always will be a vital part on what we are doing - changing the campus and changing the world.
